ALA Membership Lounge Sponsorship – Investment: $15,000 – Ruby Level
The ALA Membership Lounge is an information point for members to ask questions or receive information about ALA’s many units, offices and programs. In addition to this information, the Lounge features a photo booth, charging station and ribbon bar. This year, the lounge will expand to be a networking area and beverage lounge. The area is set with comfortable seating and located near the registration area.
For an investment of $15,000 your organization will receive Ruby level recognition including:
- Daily (Friday thru Monday) morning and afternoon hot chocolate break (250 servings)
- Logo recognition on napkins in lounge
- Recognition on Midwinter Meeting website
- Recognition on signage at the lounge
- Recognition on sponsor “thank you” signage
- Recognition in program book on appropriate pages (if reserved by December 10)
- One registration bag literature insert
- One registration line distribution bowl
- Table in lounge for distribution of organization materials
- Recognition on Midwinter mobile app
